You will find Caimari and Selva just north of Inca.Festivities revolve around the olive and the products derived from the olive. An olive mill will be open to the public during the day which is located close to the town square and you will be able to see how olive oil is produced.
Also, there will be stands selling typical Mallorcan products and exhibitions with displays of tools used during the harvesting of the olive and popular songs will be sung abut the work in the fields.
